Find Out What's Really Going On With Season 12 Of RuPaul's Drag Race

It’s time to lip sync for your life and get ready for some major scandals, because Rupaul’s Drag Race season 12 is the gift that keeps on giving. The new season aired on February 28, 2020, and as you can imagine, it’s packed with backstage drama, sickening style, and so much highlighter it can be spotted from space.

Now, the whole world has come to a stop since most people are locked inside their homes. So what better way to get your mind off things than by binge-watching every episode of season 12? Only a few minutes into the show and Rupaul already announces the first challenge: to present two sets of runway looks, one for spring and one for fall. But even this season is not all fashion, glitter, and sassy catchphrases. Season 12 comes with more drama than a Spanish telenovela.

If you haven’t been keeping up, then we need to warn you. There are a few spoilers coming ahead! 13 contestants have graced us with their presence in the werkroom. But contestant Sherry Pie, whose real name is Joey Gugliemelli, was disqualified over accusations of misconduct and catfishing. Thankfully, the fiercest series on air has a lot more to offer than disqualified queens and lip sync performances. Just don’t get too attached to anyone, because RuRu will have to start eliminating queens fast. After all, these contestants are fighting for an amazing cash prize of $100,000 and the title of "America's Next Drag Superstar.”
